Job summary
A leading cryptocurrency platform in Germany is seeking a Social Media Lead to drive growth and engagement. This role involves leading content creation strategies and community interaction to enhance user acquisition. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of social media trends and prior experience in crypto or community-driven brands. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of reels strategy, influencer collaboration, and algorithm-driven content performance.
- Strong short-form content creation skills, with a portfolio of high-engagement videos.

Responsibilities
- Maintain high content activity with at least 12 posts and a backlog of videos in the first 30 days.
- Initiate campaigns for high-value engagement within 5 minutes of posting.
- Drive organic growth through meaningful engagement on posts and comments.
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategy based on performance.

Responsibilities
Maintain high content activity in the first 30 days, with at least 12 posts and a prepared backlog of tested short-form videos to select from.
- Content Creation & Trend Integration
- Initiation campaigns for the first post to ensure algorithm-friendly engagement from relevant KOLs and for new content, ensuring immediate high-value engagement within 5 minutes of posting.
- Community Engagement & Brand Building
- Drive organic growth through meaningful engagement on posts, comments, and stories. Ensure replies are on-brand, value-additive, and foster positive audience interactions.
- Performance Tracking & Optimisation
- Monitor KPIs including reach, engagement rate, and follower growth, and adjust strategy accordingly.
