A financial services firm seeks a Client Onboarding Specialist to assist Advisor Teams in onboarding new client accounts. This remote role involves ensuring a smooth onboarding process, maintaining compliance with regulations, and effectively communicating with clients and Advisors. Ideal candidates should have a 4-year degree, 3+ years of experience in the industry, and strong problem-solving skills. The base salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,000, excluding bonuses and benefits, with opportunities for professional development and 401k matching.

This role is a corporate resource assisting various business channels and Advisor Teams with onboarding new client accounts/business.
Key functions of the COS will be to support the onboarding process, ensure an effective, efficient and client friendly experience, accurately complete paperwork, follow up on any issues with clients or custodians (Charles Schwab and Fidelity), and collaborate with advisor team leads.
This is a remote role. Ideal candidates will be located in the PST or MST time zones.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $65,000.00 to $80,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits.
