Responsibilities

This position is remote but candidate must live in the assigned territory (San Antonio, TX area). Travel is required.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will develop market opportunities for ADS products by obtaining approvals and acceptance for their use in design and construction specifications.   • Make daily calls on design firms and regulators to generate new projects and gain approvals.
  • Conduct 20‑25 physical calls per week and 1‑2 Lunch and Learns or presentations per week.
  • Provide monthly territory update reports.
  • Work with local civil engineering firms, design consultants, municipalities, and developers.
  • Enter and track all projects in Salesforce (CRM) database.
  • Maintain a complete understanding of all ADS product lines.
  • Obtain new and/or enhanced written approvals for ADS products.
  • Get ADS products specified on projects early in the design phase.
  • Provide technical support for the local sales team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key engineers and regulators.
  • Join and attend functions of key industry organizations.
  • Develop yearly action plans for each product with MBOs.
  • Communicate regularly with the ADS sales and management team.
