30% equity in all USA-based operations with equal profit-sharing alongside the technical co-founder(s). You'll have a voice in every major decision from day one.
Your focus:
We've built a modular, plug-and-play platform with 10-20+ components—payroll, parent management, medical reporting, athlete tracking, and more. Sports businesses choose what matters to them, fully customized at zero upfront cost.
How we make money: We generate revenue through payment processing—7.5% on athlete payments and 2.5% on payroll fees. No subscriptions. No purchase costs. Fully aligned with our clients' success.
