Job summary
A leading digital advertising firm is hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist to join their fully remote international sales team. The ideal candidate will have native-level German and strong English skills, with at least 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience. We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level German and strong cold calling experience to join an international tech-driven sales team.
This is a full-time fully remote role contracted in Sofia within a dynamic digital advertising / tech environment offering stability career growth and relocation support if needed.
- Conduct outbound cold calling to identify qualify and engage B2B leads
- Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
- Build manage and develop a strong sales pipeline
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
- Native-level German (mandatory)
- Fluent English
- Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
- Solid knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification methodologies
- Experience in tech SaaS or digital advertising is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
- Full-time contract Monday-Friday (09 : 0018 : 00)
- Fully remote role (Bulgarian contract Sofia)
- Gross monthly base salary : 4300 BGN
- Target bonus : 2000 BGN (quarterly)
