Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to deliver outstanding support for a major car brand project, working remotely from Portugal. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries in a professional manner and ensuring high satisfaction rates. Candidates should have fluency in German and good English skills, with the ability to work a flexible schedule. Attractive salary of €1,100 gross/month plus bonuses, with relocation support provided.

Skills
Customer Service Representative German & English (Portugal 100% Remote)
Location: 100% Remote from Portugal (relocation support available if moving from abroad)
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives with good English skills to join a dynamic project for a leading car brand.
- Provide customer service support in German (with English as a secondary language).
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction for one of the worlds top car brands.
- Fluency in German (C1/C2 level).
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Availability to work on a rotative 24/7 schedule (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotating days off.
- Living in Portugal or willing to relocate relocation support available.
- 1,100 gross/month (14 months)
- + 80 bonus (11 months)
- 100% remote position (from anywhere in Portugal)
