Job summary
An international support company is seeking a Customer Support Representative to work remotely from Portugal. You will be responsible for handling customer requests, maintaining records, and conducting outbound calls. Ideal candidates should be fluent in German and have experience in customer service. The role offers a competitive salary with additional bonuses and relocation support for international candidates.

Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote in Portugal
Market: German-Speaking
As part of the Customer Service Operations team, you will:
- Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
- Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
- Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
- Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
- Provide operational feedback and elevate cases when needed
- Salary: Up to 1,300 + performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year)
- Relocation Support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad)
Accommodation Option:
Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months
Rent: 280/month, all utilities included (deducted from payslip)
- 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break
- 22 vacation days per year
- If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day
