• Play an important role in designing, building, and maintaining our systems
• Have end-to-end ownership of the whole software lifecycle (you build it, you run it)
• Work with technologies like Java/Spring, React, Typescript, Python, Docker, and k8s
• Leverage our internal platform to build cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Be part of a dynamic and highly collaborative agile team
• Have a learning budget at your disposal (e.g. conferences, trainings, books)

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Java, specifically building RESTful web services
• Experience with React and TypeScript for building modern, scalable user interfaces
• Experience with Python (or a strong interest in learning it)
• Experience or curiosity about agile and XP practices like pair programming, unit tests, refactoring, trunk-based development, and continuous integration/deployment
• Strong desire to continuously learn and get out of your comfort zone
• You think that "collaboration and respect" are the most important elements of a successful team
• You know that quality and technical excellence mean long-term sustainability
• You have a proactive mindset, you know what "ownership" means, and you are proud of the work you do
