Job summary
A leading technology solutions provider in Germany is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to analyse business processes and design solutions. You'll facilitate process design workshops, configure SAP settings, and assist customers during testing cycles for high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities include preparing all documentation and ensuring support post-implementation. This role requires strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering tasks on time and maintaining relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in analysing business processes and SAP solution design.
- Proficiency in preparing and running process design workshops.
- Ability to perform configuration/development and assist in testing cycles.
- Strong communication skills for leading conversations with customers.
Responsibilities
- Analyse the customer's business processes and design SAP solutions.
- Prep and run process design workshops, configuring SAP solutions.
- Assist customers during testing cycles and build trust through timely task delivery.
- Prepare all necessary documentation including Functional specifications.
- Analyse the customer's business processes and SAP solution design
- Preparing, contributing towards and running process design workshops, configuring/developing SAP solutions, demonstrating and gaining acceptance from the customer
- Performing configuration/development and assisting the customer in testing cycles
- Leading conversation with customers
- Working with the customer and project team to ensure the required content is gathered and documented in a useful, structured format during the Business Workshops
- Building trust and credibility by consistently delivering assigned tasks on time with high quality
- Preparation of Business Process Procedures, Fit-Gap Analysis, Test Scenarios, Configuration/ Development Documentation, End-User documentation and User manuals
- Preparation of all documentation such as Functional specifications, test scenario’s, Configuration documents, etc.
- Responsible for Data Migration & Cutover activities
- Transfer SAP knowledge to customers and team and build relationships & credibility. Provide Hypercare Support and ensure all tickets are logged and resolved within the agreed timelines
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks by initiating, think through and developing a plan that is executed and delivered according to the established timelines.
