We are currently looking for a skilled & passionateProduct Manager (m/w/d) to support our ABOUT YOU Partner Portal onsite in Hamburg.

Our ABOUT YOU Partner Portal is part of the Supply Tech Unit and is a single point of contact for the entire partner journey across operating models including several features and dashboards that enable partners to monitor and manage their business easily.

• Analyze business processes, create concepts as well as solution options, and translate them into technical tasks
• Prioritize and manage the implementation of tasks by a joint development team using agile methods like SCRUM or Kanban
• Ensure developers remain unblocked by identifying and solving issues in an efficient and pragmatic way
• Work closely together with stakeholders and other product teams with clear guidance regarding cross-system solutions
• Challenge business requirements to minimize technical complexity while maintaining business value
• Act as a role model for your team, keep spirits high, get yourself involved wherever needed, and bring drive into your project topic
• Work in an international environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes

• Deep understanding of technology and eCommerce, business processes and functional dependencies
• At least 2 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management
• You have excellent communication skills and can easily put yourself in someone else’s perspective
• You are analytical, data-driven and focus on efficiency and solutions
• You have a proactive attitude, want to take responsibility for your decisions and go the extra mile when needed
• You are always prepared, well-organized and on time
• You are comfortable working in an international working environment
