Overview

Our Business Development Supply Team drives impact across ABOUT YOU by extending our brand portfolio, managing external partnerships, and supporting other business functions along this journey. They work in cross-functional settings and in close collaboration with our Directors, VP, and the Management Board.

As Project Manager Supply (m/f/d), you will coordinate and manage strategic as well as operational projects with end-to-end responsibility. You will play a key role in answering core business questions in a fast-paced tech and fashion environment and gain deep insights into Buying, Partner Management, Steering, and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement strategic and operational projects in the Supply area, mostly in cross-functional settings
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic initiatives driven by the Directors and VP
• Develop new business areas in close collaboration with operational teams
• Conduct complex analyses and independent research
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Several years of relevant experience in strategy and business development, ideally in a consultancy, financial services, or start-up environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment with a strong, hands-on mindset
• Quick perception and structured working style
