What does the ROLE entail?
- Responsible for comprehensive personnel administration, including contract creation, reference letters, change agreements, etc.
- Maintaining and managing employee records in SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Administer end-to-end Time & Attendance processes.
- Gather data, input, and communicate with the Payroll provider.
- Communication with relevant external local institutions.
- Manage recruitment across the EU region: creating job ads, reviewing applications, conducting kick-off meetings and interviews, and preparing job offers.
- Advise and support employees and local managers on labor law and HR-related issues (contracts, salaries, vacations, benefits, conflict mediation, etc.).
- Manage On- & Off-boarding processes, including arranging work equipment, liaising with IT, conducting regular meetings, exit and stay interviews.
- Promote staff engagement by coordinating staff events to boost motivation and morale.
- Work on special projects assigned by the Regional Senior HR Manager Europe, such as HR process optimization, culture change initiatives, HR analytics, etc.
- Assist in implementing employee development and training programs.
Requirements
What should YOU bring?
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of professional HR experience, ideally as an HR Generalist or Specialist.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment, preferably at an international level.
- Good knowledge of German labor law and personnel administration.
- First experience working in an international company is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills (at least B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
