Job summary
A leading technology company in Germany is seeking a Solution Architect to work on international IT projects involving the Omnissa(TM) Sovereign Solution for Workspace ONE®. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, solid Workspace ONE® experience, and a willingness to work on-site and travel. You will design, collaborate, and troubleshoot while being part of a strong international team. This permanent position offers an attractive remuneration package.

- Solid experience in Workspace ONE®; certification is a plus.
- Experience in troubleshooting and error analysis.

- Design and implement the Omnissa(TM) Sovereign Solution.
- Collaborate with Omnissa(TM) product development.
- Conduct error analysis and resolve issues in global support.
- Monitor and maintain private cloud and customer systems.
- Expand your expertise through training with global partners.

Solution Architect (f / m / d) Omnissa(TM) Sovereign Solution for Workspace ONE®
Permanent position, full-time, locations Hamburg / Berlin
You will work on international IT projects with Omnissa(TM) Sovereign Solution. Your tasks will include :
- Design, implementation, and troubleshooting of the Omnissa(TM) Sovereign Solution for Workspace ONE®
- Direct collaboration with Omnissa(TM) product development
- Error analysis and problem solving (3rd / 4th level) in global support
- Monitoring, maintenance, and updates of private cloud and customer systems
- Continuous expansion of your expertise, including training stays in the USA with the manufacturer and global partners
You have a structured, team-oriented, and communicative approach to your work. The following qualifications and skills are required :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology / Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)
- Solid professional experience in Workspace ONE®, certification is an advantage
- Experience in error analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting
- Willingness to work on-site and travel
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
