A leading European producer of savory snacks is searching for a Senior Business Transformation Advisor in Düsseldorf. This role involves leading high-complexity transformation projects, enhancing efficiency in procurement and supply chain, and engaging with C-level stakeholders. Candidates should have expertise in project management, strong communication skills, and a degree in a relevant field. As a Senior Business Transformation Advisor, you will lead transformation projects within the Transformation Management sub‑department, driving innovation and cross‑functional collaboration. You will oversee the implementation of process improvements and IT solutions for end‑to‑end processes and resolve operational challenges.
As part of the Planning & Materials Management team, you will contribute to driving projects that improve procurement, sourcing and supply chain planning processes. You will help enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency along the upstream supply chain.
University degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Extensive experience and strong expertise in a specialized functional area.
