A premier European snack producer in Düsseldorf is seeking a Change Management Standards Expert to facilitate communication and collaboration within its Business Transformation department. The role involves developing documentation, supporting knowledge sharing, and monitoring communication metrics. Candidates should possess a degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with strong communication skills, experience with project management principles, and proficiency in MS Office tools. As a Change Management Standards Expert, you will support communication and collaboration activities within the Business Transformation department and its programmes and projects. You will help maintain knowledge sharing and documentation, ensuring consistent practices across teams.
You will apply a solid understanding of communication activities, collaboration processes, and basic knowledge management principles, working closely with teams to enable effective knowledge sharing.
Assist in developing and carrying out communication and collaboration
Help to create and update documentation and knowledge bases
Work with teams to support effective knowledge sharing
Assist in monitoring and reporting on communication metrics
Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts
University degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Some professional experience and familiarity with project management, business analysis, or consulting
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Good organisational and coordination skills
Good knowledge of communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
First experience with documentation and knowledge management systems
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Strong MS Office and MS Project skills
Strong presentation skills
