Join us as an HR Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on Recruiting in Konstanz* and help us scale our teams while delivering an excellent candidate and employee experience, from first contact to a smooth onboarding.

Recruiting support: Screen applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate fit.
Interview coordination: Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Data quality: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and ensure clean recruiting data.
Stakeholder collaboration: Stay closely connected with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Recruitment marketing: Support the creation and promotion of job ads to attract future KNIMErs.
Learning & growth: Share knowledge, participate in learning opportunities, and continuously develop your recruiting skills.
Pre- & onboarding: Communicate with new hires and support the operational side of onboarding to ensure a great start.
AI in action: Test and support the rollout of AI tools for sourcing, screening, or HR processes—and help identify what works best.
