Product Marketing Manager – HYROX Experience

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (d/w/m) - HYROX Experience to take ownership of our premium verticals: Championships & Travel Experiences. In this role, you act as the strategic hub, connecting our global brand vision with specific product executions. You are not just executing tasks; you are the "Product Owner" for the marketing lifecycle of our most prestigious events.

Your Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Go-to-Market
  • Lead the marketing strategy for HYROX Championships and the Travel/Cruises vertical. You define who we target, how we talk to them, and where we reach them.
  • Develop Go-to-Market plans for new experience products, ensuring a seamless journey from launch to the event itself.
  • Manage the marketing budget for your products independently, ensuring efficient allocation across channels.
Campaign Management & Content
  • Orchestrate integrated campaigns (Social, CRM, Performance) by briefing and managing internal specialists and external partners. You ensure the right message hits the right channel at the right time.
  • Oversee social media & content strategy for your products. Instead of just posting, you define the editorial plan and ensure consistent storytelling.
  • Coordinate the creation of assets, working closely with the Brand & Design team to ensure all materials meet global CI guidelines.
Partnerships & Experiences
  • Act as the central point of contact for brand partners and influencers related to your products, managing sponsorship activations and exclusive influencer events.
  • Manage Media & Partner Accreditation on-site, ensuring a premium experience for our VIP guests and press partners.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Ticketing, and Merchandising to ensure the customer experience on-site matches the marketing promise.
Analysis & Growth
  • Define and track KPIs (e.g., ticket sales, CPA, engagement) and report results to the Global Senior Product Marketing Manager.
  • Utilize CRM and data insights to segment audiences effectively and increase customer retention for our travel products.
Your Profile
  • 3–6 years of experience in Marketing, ideally with a background in Sports, Tourism, or Event Marketing.
  • Strong Project Management DNA: You are organized, structured, and familiar with tools like Monday.com or Asana. You know how to lead interdisciplinary teams without direct disciplinary power.
  • Strategic & Operational Mix: You can write a strategic plan, but you are also willing to roll up your sleeves on-site at a Championship race.
  • Understanding of the Marketing Mix: You don’t need to be an expert in every channel (SEO, PR, Social), but you must understand how they work together to steer specialists effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English; you are a clear communicator who can negotiate with stakeholders and partners.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30%) to support our major Championship events globally.
