Position Overview
As a Marketing Specialist, you will lead go-to-market strategies, integrated campaigns, and brand-building initiatives. You’ll collaborate across teams to shape messaging, drive engagement, and generate leads. From content creation to event execution, you’ll play a key role in increasing brand visibility and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with business development, sales, and product teams.
- Craft compelling messaging that highlights product value and new features across all channels.
- Design and deliver marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and adoption.
- Manage marketing content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and press releases.
Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing events, conferences, and workshops.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners.
- Promote events across multiple marketing channels to maximize attendance.
Collaboration & Brand Management
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Ensure positive user experiences across interactions with merchants, end-users, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.
Product Marketing
- Ability to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning to refine our marketing approach.
- Experience in planning and executing product launches, working closely with sales and product teams.
- Comfortable interpreting data and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Skills and Competencies Required
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solver with attention to detail and fresh ideas.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally when needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B product or service marketing, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or related industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or higher).
- Comfortable with CMS tools and managing social media platforms.
- No restrictions on business travel.
- Bonus: Multilingual or cross-border fintech experience.
