Strategic Alignment

Turn big‑picture vision into actionable, measurable plans.

Run OKRs, planning cycles, and cross‑team execution like a machine.

Keep everyone aligned, accountable, and moving at full speed.

CEO Leverage

Help the CEO focus on the highest‑impact work.

Prepare context, frame decisions, and lead high‑stakes internal conversations.

Represent the CEO when needed — clearly, confidently, and without drama.

High‑Impact Projects

Own mission‑critical projects that don’t cleanly fit inside any department.

Drive product, engineering, or GTM research and initiatives.

Build processes that reduce friction and increase throughput across the whole company.

Operational Firepower

Fix fragile systems, create new ones, and streamline how Qdrant operates.

Improve hiring funnels, onboarding, communication rhythms, and cross‑team transparency.

Track key metrics and deliver insights that actually drive action.

External Presence

Craft world‑class materials: investor decks, board updates, strategic briefs.

Help manage ecosystem relationships, partners, and key external conversations.

⚙️ Who You Are

• A high‑agency operator who doesn’t wait for instructions — you move.
