• Master Degree in Law (international law, corporate law, or finance law)
• At least 2 years in a legal role with a focus on international financial services, multi‑asset brokerage, and/or VASP
• Strong knowledge of international laws, with experience in multi‑jurisdictional compliance
• Experience with account openings and relationship management for EMIs, banks, and PSPs
• Hands‑on crypto licensing experience: MiCA/CASP (or readiness projects), VASP
• Experience designing global structures and tax planning (with tax advisors)
• Strong analytical capability: scenario analysis calculating timelines and risks, providing management recommendations with clear rationale
• Confident preparation of regulatory packs and engagement with regulatory authorities
• Intermediate level of English

• Group structure strategy & Licensing:
  • Handling structural solutions for the business: model alternatives (legal forms, ownership chains, IP contours, payment flows), assess tax and regulatory implications
  • Ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Support licensing applications for new markets, with the focus on VASP licenses
• Contracts & Agreements:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including client agreements, partnership contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs, ensuring all terms protect the company’s interests
  • Provide expert legal counsel on complex international contracts and cross‑border agreements, focusing on the company’s protection, dispute resolution, and regulatory adherence
• Account Opening & Account Maintenance Processes:
  • Manage and facilitate account openings with Banks, EMIs, PSPs and other financial institutions to support business needs
  • Conduct due diligence and oversee compliance checks required for account applications with financial and crypto institutions
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with financial institutions, ensuring ongoing compliance with their requirements
• Risk Management & Litigation:
  • Identify, assess, and manage legal risks associated with multi‑asset brokerage and crypto activities, collaborating with the compliance team to mitigate risks effectively
  • Oversee any disputes or litigation, coordinating with external counsel and ensuring the company’s interests are represented and safeguarded

• Diploma‑level professional qualification in Compliance or AML (e.g., ICA, ACAMS, CISI)
• Experience with CFD/FX brokers, MiFID II, or payments licensing
• Launching offices/entities in different locations, cooperation and negotiations with regulators
