Job Description:
As a Senior Product Analyst at Omio, you'll be responsible for analyzing product performance, identifying growth opportunities, and addressing user pain points. By leveraging data, you will provide actionable insights and recommendations to guide product and business decisions. Your role emphasizes fostering a customer-focused and data-driven strategy to drive product evolution and enhance user experience.
This is a limited contract for 12 months.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the definition of product and business strategies, KPIs, and roadmaps.
- Regularly provide recommendations to drive growth and support informed decision-making.
- Effectively communicate complex analytical concepts to non-analytical stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic partner to business and product stakeholders, using data to guide discussions.
- Equip product and business teams with insightful dashboards, including relevant KPIs to track product initiatives.
- Share regular insights into customer behavior to optimize product and business efforts.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Design teams to plan, execute, and evaluate project outcomes.
- Conduct A/B tests to promote learning and advance product development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a product or data analyst, ideally in the tech start-up/scale-up environment.
- A degree in business, economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Experienced in using SQL extensively.
- Excellent communication skills, with project management experience in a product-focused organization.
- Proven ability to take ownership and lead projects from an abstract business concept to a fully functional data solution.
- Strong business intuition paired with a data-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated success in communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering.
- Familiarity with A/B or multivariate testing in product or marketing settings.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience analyzing customer journeys and cohorts.
- Knowledge of Looker development.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
