Responsibilities

• Hardware development for x86-compatible computer systems and fieldbus modules
• Development and simulation of electronic circuits
• Focus on circuit design, circuit board layout, and board simulation
• Device development advisory from prototype to series production
• Commissioning of prototypes and support during prototyping
• Development of EMC-compliant devices
• Preparation of test schedules in collaboration with teams
• Technical consultation with internal departments (software, mechanical development, manufacturing)
• Documentation of development stages
• Tracking and resolving fault lists

Qualifications

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, automation engineering, communications engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience with analog and digital circuit engineering
• Knowledge of bus systems such as Ethernet, PROFIBUS, CAN, etc.
• Experience with circuit simulation tools like pSpice
• Experience in layout preparation
• Knowledge of µC systems and memory interface modules (SCU)
• Experience with Cadence/Allegro is a plus
• Team-oriented, independent, and structured working style
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
