Job summary
A leading technology company is seeking a dedicated team member for battery servicing and replacement in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany. The role requires electrical expertise and offers a mix of field-based and workshop work. Key responsibilities include maintaining battery monitoring systems, load bank testing, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should possess a relevant electrical qualification, fluent German and English, along with a flexible and structured approach to work.
Qualifications
- Experience with servicing and replacing batteries.
- Field-based work experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with servicing and replacement of wet and sealed batteries.
- Conduct load bank and impedance testing.
- Manage activities in compliance with International Trade Compliance Regulation.

Education
To be an integral member of the Battery Team responsible for the servicing and replacement of wet and sealed, Li‑Ion batteries Maintain Battery Monitoring Systems from several manufacturers The role is field based, with some workshop-based work requirement. Work will be predominantly within normal working hours, with a requirement for out of hours activity as and when workload demands.
- To be an integral member of the Battery Team responsible for the servicing and replacement of wet and sealed, Li‑Ion batteries
- Maintain Battery Monitoring Systems from several manufacturers
- The role is field based, with some workshop-based work requirement. Work will be predominantly within normal working hours, with a requirement for out of hours activity as and when workload demands.
- To assist with the servicing and replacement of both wet and sealed batteries
- Battery replacement activity to include physical moving of cells from transport, battery builds activity and UPS switching
- To include load bank and impedance testing
- Ensure that any activity, task and responsibility required by role in terms of the International Trade Compliance Regulation is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company ITC certification program itself
- Previous electrical experience
- Electrical/electronic qualification
- Previous field based work experience would be an advantage
- Sociability and ability to work in a team.

- Fluent German and English
