As a crucial member of our team your technical and sales abilities will drive effective product presentations and demonstrations for pre‑ and post‑sale engagements. Your role doesn’t stop there: you’ll be involved at every stage of the process from demand generation activities with events like Sapphire to supporting the adoption and expansion of our solutions.

Here’s a glimpse of your daily responsibilities
  • Deal Support: You are the expert! You understand the customer, know the processes, and can map the values our software generates to the challenges and opportunities our customers are facing. You support our customers by leading discussions and workshops, presenting and demonstrating our solutions and the value for the customer in sales cycles or to reiterate the value at existing customers.
  • Demand Generation: Build and strengthen links with SAP’s global and local structure, creating content to inspire our customers.
  • Expansion and Adoption: Help expand our installed SAP base and capture new clients across diverse industries. Knowledge: Be an expert in at least two SAP CX solutions with a special focus on SAP Sales & Service.
  • Advisory and Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers and SAP internal colleagues and share your knowledge.
  • Constant Learning: The software industry is constantly changing and this requires constant learning of new technologies and processes.

What you bring
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience in Solution Advisory or CX or other customer‑facing roles.
  • Thirst for Knowledge: Open to new technologies and willing to constantly learn.
  • Research: Fast understanding of customer needs, research for further valuable information and bringing the pieces together.
  • Solution‑oriented: Think about solutions not problems, always with a customer mindset to deliver value with our SAP CX Software Portfolio to our customers.

  • Expert knowledge / expertise in end‑to‑end processes / solution matching especially in Lead‑To‑Cash processes.

  • Languages: Fluent in German and English.
