Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Visual Merchandising oder ähnlichem.
• Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil.
• Talent für Warenpräsentation und gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Struktur in der Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Leitung des Visual Commercial Teams mit Leidenschaft.

• You will take over the management of our Visual Commercial team - motivating and developing your team with passion and an eye for detail.
• You plan and manage the merchandise set-up for the start of the season and collection
• You present our products on the sales floor - inspiring, creative and in line with our visual guidelines
• You analyze key sales figures, identify potential and implement targeted measures to increase sales
• You coordinate all visual merchandising elements in the store
• You actively pass on knowledge and insights to your team and the product department

• Several years of professional experience in visual merchandising, shop window design or visual marketing
• First professional experience as a manager is an advantage
• Talent in designing the presentation of goods and good spatial awareness
