About the Role

As a German‑Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will:

  • Successfully onboard new clients to the Google Ads platform
  • Build strategic, high‑performing PPC campaigns
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Reduce churn and increase product adoption
  • Identify upsell opportunities and help drive growth
  • Provide consulting to companies across the German market and make real impact
Key Responsibilities
  • Build, launch, and optimize strategic Google Ads campaigns
  • Conduct outbound calls to guide new customers through onboarding
  • Understand client goals and propose tailored solutions
  • Drive budget growth and upselling
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and manage a high volume of clients
  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities for expansion
What You Bring
  • C2 German + strong English
  • BA / BS degree (MA / MSc preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management

Base Salary (Gross):

  • German Market Package – Minimum: 24,310 | Maximum: 30,000

Bonus Structure – Minimum bonus up to: 3,500 | Maximum bonus up to: 4,290
