  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and track issues, feedback, and inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
  • Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level).
  • Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required (full training will be provided).
