Job Description

We are looking for a Wind Turbine Technician who, in addition to performing technical work on the project, will also provide communication support in English and German. The role requires on‑site presence in Germany and working in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing technical work related to onshore wind turbine construction, in line with experience and qualifications.
• Ongoing communication support and oral interpretation EN ⇄ DE on site.
• Facilitating communication between site management, installation technicians, and supervisors.
• Interpretation during coordination meetings, HSE briefings, and technical trainings.
• Ensuring clarity and accuracy of communication in a multinational working environment.
• Providing basic administrative support on site when required (e.g. attendance lists).

Requirements

• Experience working as a wind turbine technician.
• Very good spoken English and German (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Polish language – nice to have, but not required.
• Ability to combine technical work with ongoing communication support.
• Willingness to work in a shift system (day/night).
• Availability for the entire project duration (approx. 5 weeks).
• Ability to work effectively in an international team and under time pressure.
• Category B driving licence – nice to have.
