For our Trek Store in Berlin, we are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager (all genders) to start as soon as possible.

As a Workshop Manager, you will be the direct contact for our customers. You will advise them on optimal repairs and sell service packages. As an organizational talent, you will also be responsible for scheduling the workshop team and planning and monitoring orders.

Your main tasks:

• Planning and scheduling the workshop team
• Timely processing of customer orders
• Performing services
• Executing all service packages offered, from simple to comprehensive
• Initiating necessary orders for the workshop with a focus on profitability and workflow
• On-site repairs as needed
• Wheel building and planning together with the sales team
• Monitoring key figures and ensuring a profitable workshop
• Continuous training and development of all workshop staff

Your profile:

• Completed training as a bicycle mechanic
• Several years of experience preferred
• Structured, careful, and independent working style
• Experience with high-quality bikes
