At parcelLab were reshaping how the worlds leading brands manage the post-purchase experience.

Our post-purchase platform helps companies like John Lewis Chicos Yeti AllSaints and others transform every touchpoint into moments that drive customer engagement, build loyalty and create customers for life.

We’re looking for a highly skilled WordPress full‑stack developer who will own the technical development, analytics, continuous improvement and management of parcelLabs corporate website – both frontend and backend.

The site is a central pillar of our inbound marketing strategy and will be continuously expanded with new PLG features, interactive tools and personalized experiences. You will take full ownership of building, optimizing and maintaining our WordPress site while ensuring it delivers a high‑performance buyer‑led experience.

This role sits in the Marketing team but requires a deep technical skill set and the ability to translate growth ideas into code. You’ll work closely with content and Sales and will be the go‑to expert for all things web tracking and CRO.

Key Responsibilities
1. Website Development & Management (Core Focus)
  • Develop, customize and maintain our WordPress site (both frontend & backend)
  • Implement new features, page templates and interactive tools (ROI calculator, interactive demo)
  • Optimize for Core Web Vitals, site speed and mobile responsiveness
  • Manage hosting (Kinsta), staging environment, backups and security updates
  • Maintain and extend integrations (HubSpot, GA4, Amplitude, ABM tools)
  • Ensure website scalability and stability as we roll out new campaigns and tools
2. Conversion Optimization & Analytics
  • Implement and maintain tracking setup (GA4, GTM, reverse IP lookup tools)
  • Identify user journeys and optimise traffic to improve user experience
  • Run and implement A / B and multivariate tests in collaboration with marketing
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates through UX and performance improvements
  • Use heatmaps, behavioural analytics and funnel tracking to identify optimisations
3. Technical SEO
  • Own technical SEO (schema markup, crawlability, hreflang, site structure)
  • Conduct regular audits and implement improvements with the content team
  • Collaborate with SEO agencies for specialised tasks (e.g. link building)
4. Personalisation & ABM
  • Gather data and complex web scraping solutions
  • Implement personalised experiences and landing pages for target accounts
  • Build campaign‑specific microsites or page variations for ABM
  • Integrate personalisation into the core site using ABM tools
Requirements
  • AI‑First mindset: use AI to accelerate development and optimisation.
  • Proven experience as a WordPress developer with strong PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills.
  • Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
  • Strong understanding of frontend performance optimisation and responsive design.
  • Comfortable working on backend configurations and database management in WordPress.
  • Familiarity with GA4, GTM, CRO tools and SEO principles.
  • Ability to work independently and translate marketing requirements into technical solutions.
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Familiarity with ABM personalisation tools (Clay, Influ2, Demandbase).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or e‑commerce environments.
