A leading manufacturing company in Baden-Württemberg is looking for a motivated warehouse operator. Responsibilities include safe handling of materials, ensuring timely transactions in the warehouse management system, and maintaining accurate records of inbound/outbound freight. Applicants should have a high school diploma, be able to operate a forklift, and possess strong attention to detail. The role requires flexibility for various shifts and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Carry out assignments accurately and in the most efficient and safe manner possible
Use RF equipment in order to interface with WMS System
Efficiently and safely stack/store materials in the appropriate areas using care not to damage the product or the outer cartons
Ensure all transactions in the warehouse management system are completed in a timely manner
Ensure all inbound/outbound freight is labeled accurately i.e. part number, quantity, date etc.
Inspect all material for damage and for accuracy i.e. Customer order number/BOL, part number, quantity, carrier etc.
Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards

High School diploma or equivalent level of education
Able to work any shift as required by the changing workloads or the specific needs of the company.
Able to operate a forklift and maintain certification
Ability to work quickly and accura tely when performing repetitive tasks
Experience driving a truck and have all moduls
Basic math skills and good use of logic
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Motivated individuals who want to work and will show up to their scheduled shifts on time and excited and ready to work
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Priorities setting capabilities, time management and flexibility
