Your Mission

We are looking for a reliable and meticulous operations specialist to join our logistics team and ensure the smooth handling of all outbound deliveries. You will play a key role in ensuring all goods are shipped on time and in perfect condition.

Responsibilities

• Shipping Preparation: package and professionally label goods according to the relevant specifications.
• Outbound Inspection: check goods for completeness and potential damage.
• Shipping Documentation: prepare and process the necessary shipping documents, delivery notes, and freight papers in alignment with the customs and transportation manager.
• Load Securing: ensure goods are properly secured for transport and that loading regulations are followed.
• Collaboration: work closely with the warehouse and relevant teams to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Ideally, an apprenticeship in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification.
• Professional Experience: initial experience in warehouse and shipping operations.
• Technical Skills:
  • Warehouse Logistics: basic knowledge of outbound goods and load securing.
  • Experience with industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts) is a plus.
• Personal Skills:
  • Hands-on mentality: take initiative and act when needed.
  • Meticulousness: work precisely and reliably.
  • Team Player: communicative and collaborative.
• Physical Requirements: ability to perform tasks safely and consistently during normal warehouse activities.
• Work Schedule: flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, in accordance with German working time regulations.
