You will find this slice of France in a fantastic location right next to Hamburg's Elbphilharmonie concert hall, with a total of three different catering areas: CARLS Brasserie, CARLS Bistro, and CARLS Wine Bar.

Your responsibilities:

1. Welcoming our restaurant guests
2. Advising guests on their choice of food and drinks and taking orders
3. Serving the food and drinks
4. Providing friendly and courteous service

What you bring to the team:

1. Enjoy working with people
2. Training in the hotel / catering industry and initial work experience are an advantage but not a must
3. A tangible hands-on mentality
