Role Overview:

We seek a dynamic VP/AVP – Business Development capable of crafting and executing a go-to-market strategy, building a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth through enterprise client acquisition and nurturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Design and implement regional GTM strategies, develop detailed sales plans, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities.
  • Building the Sales Engine: Build and train the sales team, establish sales processes and tools, and create scalable sales models with KPIs.
  • Business Development & Client Acquisition: Lead lead generation, prospecting, deal closure, and build C-level relationships across European markets.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored IT solutions, present value propositions, and practice consultative selling.
  • Revenue & Growth Management: Own and exceed revenue targets, deliver forecasts, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate client onboarding, share market insights, and enhance service offerings.

Experience: 15+ years in IT services sales; minimum 5 years in senior BD leadership in Europe.

Track Record: Proven success in building sales functions, high-value account acquisition, and exceeding revenue goals.

Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of European IT services landscape and enterprise buying cycles.

Skills: Strategic selling, negotiation, client engagement, team leadership.

Travel: Willing to travel across Europe.
