What you'll do

• Review and assess user reports on video content
• Handle sensitive material with discretion and professionalism
• Remove inappropriate or policy-violating content
• Apply guidelines consistently to ensure a safe viewing environment

What we're looking for

• German native/fluent + English (B2+)
• Flexible for rotating shifts (including occasional nights)
• Tolerance for sensitive/graphic content
• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
• Quick learner, adaptable, and objective in decision‑making
