Your Responsibilities

As a UX designer (m/f/d) you will join a growing team of specialist designers and researchers. You will be embedded in a product area with multiple development teams, own a part of the product, collaborate on our Design system, and consult stakeholders to ensure a consistent experience across all user touchpoints.

• Contribute to the strategic direction of a product area and influence its roadmap.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders throughout all stages of the product delivery process.
• Support discovery and definition of problems, drive conceptualisation and evaluation of ideas.
• Translate ideas into fully functional, lovable designs.
• Contribute to our developing Design system and achieve WCAG 2.2 compliance.
• Support initiatives across the organisation to increase UX maturity.

What you need to succeed

• Several years of solid work experience in UX/UI/Product design (Web/iOS/Android).
• Proactive, goal‑oriented, collaborative attitude.
• Ability to switch between a consultant and embedded design approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions.
• A portfolio showcasing your work.
• Experience working on B2B software; SaaS is a plus.
• Full working proficiency in English; German and other languages are a plus.
