A leading footwear brand is seeking a UGC Creator Manager / Social Media Manager with a focus on the French market. This role involves taking ownership of UGC content and social media while managing communications and projects. The ideal candidate is fluent in French and has strong English skills, alongside project management experience in e-commerce. The position is on-site in Hamburg and provides an attractive compensation package with growth opportunities in an international team setting.
You speak French at native level, understand the French market and culture, and know what makes high-performing UGC and social media content work – and you want to work in an environment where ownership, speed and real growth matter?
Our footwear brand Pammys has grown to more than 1 million customers within its first three years and was named the fastest-growing e-commerce brand in Europe by the Financial Times.
With a team of over 100 people across our locations in Kiel, Hamburg, and our own 11,500 m² logistics center in Lensahn, we are building a global footwear brand that redefines style, comfort and modern aesthetics.
We are now entering our next major growth phase – with a clear ambition to scale to mid nine-figure revenue in the coming years through international expansion and a broad product portfolio.
That’s why we are looking for a UGC Creator Manager / Social Media Manager – France (m/f/d) who takes ownership of UGC content and social media for the French market and helps shape the next stage of Pammys.
Important: We are an office-first company. You will work daily from one of our offices in Hamburg or Kiel, close to the team, the processes and the brand.
You take full ownership of the French market and manage all projects related to content, UGC and communication.
You identify, contact and manage UGC creators from France and organize their content productions.
You coordinate videos, images and briefings between the Creative Team, freelancers and the Performance Marketing team.
You support the translation and localization of the website, product texts and advertising assets into French.
You create culturally relevant briefings for UGC creators, influencers and external partners tailored to France.
You ensure that all creative deadlines are met and that sufficient content is available for ongoing marketing campaigns.
You work closely with our Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing team and Content team.
You continuously bring in new ideas, trends and cultural insights from the French market.
Room for ownership: You will help build our French market from the ground up and bring your ideas directly into execution.
A scale-up with real momentum: You will become part of a company that has grown into one of Europe’s leading DTC brands within just three years.
Attractive compensation with a variable bonus component.
International environment: Close collaboration with teams across Marketing, Creative and Performance.
Strong team spirit: Collegial, supportive and goal-driven – we move forward together as one team.
Growth & development: Regular trainings, workshops and access to best practices across all areas of online marketing.
Modern office in the heart of Hamburg: Bright, central and fully equipped for productive work.
Additional benefits: Free drinks, employee discounts, access to corporate benefits and much more.
You speak French at native level and have very good English skills (German is a plus).
You have experience in project management, marketing or content management, ideally in an e-commerce or agency environment.
You are well organized, structured and communicative, even when managing multiple projects at the same time.
You work independently, solution-oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility.
You have a solid understanding of social media, UGC content and current trends.
You are confident working with digital tools (e.g. Google Drive, Slack, project management software).
You work on-site in our Hamburg or Kiel office – remote work is not possible.
