A global medical technology company is looking for a Training Coordinator to develop and execute education plans in alignment with strategies. The role involves leading a team to enhance training programs and manage educational budgets, ensuring high-quality engagements. A strong background in medical education, along with excellent communication skills, and experience in a people management role are essential. The position requires fluency in English and entails 40% travel.
Remote or Hybrid or Onsite
Develops and executes education plan that is aligned with central European strategy in collaboration with all internal stakeholders including Brand managers and Sales leaders.
Follow up best-in-class learning trends and re-evaluate and continuously improve the learning experience.
8-10 years of Medical or Internal Education which a significant portion is within Med-tech / Pharma industry.
BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field.
Fluent English
4 years in a People Management role
Certification in training
Proven experience in Training coordination / Clinical Education Manager role.
Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.
Understanding of sales process, preferably withinrelevant medical business.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Travel Percentage: 40%
