David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading consulting firm who is looking to onboard German speaking Trainee Recruiter for their Berlin office.

Position: Trainee Recruiter

Location: Berlin, Germany

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify and screen suitable candidates for open and live positions
  • Build / grow your own desk (very important)
  • Prepare the candidate CVs for submission to clients
  • Arrange interviews for senior consultants
  • Contact potential clients via phone or email
  • Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities
Requirements
  • Native / fluent in German (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2)
  • Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered as an advantage
  • Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
  • Customer oriented with ability to build and nurture the relation
  • An ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline
  • “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package
  • Ability to travel in line with the business needs.
  • You thrive working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
