As a trainee in "Process Engineering and Digitalization", you will work in the cross-plant Maintenance Engineering Team, which is responsible for planning the maintenance processes and tools of all national and international Mercedes Benz body plants worldwide. As part of the further increase in the efficiency of our maintenance processes, you will work with representatives of the central plant maintenance departments to develop process standards and procedures and be jointly responsible for the digitization of this process. Together with our Digital Factory Campus in Berlin, you will support the development and introduction of digital tools that support and relieve the operational maintenance of the plants in fault management, spare part order process, documentation, error analysis and other tasks. You will work in a department that is represented at 3 locations in Germany and that manages and coordinates the maintenance cooperation of our plants in Germany, the USA, Hungary, South Africa and China. You play a key role in bringing operative business and data scientists together, you lead projects with international relevance and impact and develop solutions yourself.
