Join Us in Transforming Dental Health! Procter & Gamble (P&G) is a leading FMCG company with iconic brands like Gillette, Pampers, Oral-B, and Head & Shoulders. This field-based Oral-B Oral Care position is part of the Oral-B Oral Care Field Team in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• This is a field-based position; you can reside anywhere in Sweden, with frequent travel across regions in Sweden (areas around Jönköping, Örebro, Stockholm, and Gothenburg).
• Drive Impact: Report directly to the Field Sales Manager and elevate usage and recommendations among dental health professionals across Sweden.
• Engage and Educate: Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, educational lunch sessions, and attend Dental Congresses, Trade Fairs, and Scientific Events.
• Be the Expert: Leverage expertise in product knowledge, prevention (dental environment), and clinical research to enhance P&G's presence in dental offices.
• Travel & Connect: Regular travel and occasional overnight stays to build strong relationships within the territory.
• Support and Coach: Collaborate with and support team members by sharing insights, strategies, and best practices to maximize potential.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for Service: Enthusiasm for customer service and sales with the ability to build strong relationships. Healthcare or dental experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Autonomous Mindset: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire for Growth: Eagerness to learn and develop into a subject matter expert, and to incorporate feedback effectively.
• Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, Pitcher, Microsoft Office, and Power BI is desirable.
• Presentation Skills: Strong presentation capabilities are essential for educating diverse audiences.
• Valid Driving License: A valid driving license for Sweden is required.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent Swedish (oral and written) and good English for presentations.
