Aufgaben

• Supporting the Terminal Manager in the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the LNG terminal
• Planning and implementing the integrated operation and maintenance plan for the terminal
• Coordinating daily work processes at the terminal (including permit‑to‑work, maintenance and external services)
• Acting as an interface for internal departments and operational partners
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, emergency and environmental requirements as well as legal regulations
• Conducting audits, inspections and safety inspections and assisting in the investigation of incidents
• Representing the Terminal Manager during his/her absence
• Preparation of reports and technical document management

Qualifikation

• Degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in terminal operations or 5 years in the chemical/energy‑related process industry
• In‑depth knowledge of process safety – ideally in the field of LNG or natural gas
• Experience with safety and quality management systems (e.g. ISO, IMO, SIGTTO)
• Knowledge of project management is an advantage
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Confident use of MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German and English
