The Telehealth Coordinator supports Event Medical Operations & Safety Compliance by coordinating virtual medical resources, facilitating communication with healthcare partners, and supporting health‑related workflows associated with live events. This role is administrative and coordination‑focused and does not involve the delivery of medical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate telehealth access for employees, contractors, and event-related personnel
• Facilitate virtual medical consultations in collaboration with licensed third‑party healthcare providers
• Support on‑site medical teams by assisting with remote physician access when needed
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and follow‑up related to telehealth services
• Serve as a liaison between Pechanga Arena and external healthcare partners
• Assist with compliance efforts related to event safety, health protocols, and incident follow‑ups
• Maintain organized records and support internal reporting requirements
• Provide general administrative support related to event medical operations
