As our Technician, you\'ll be the superhero who keeps everything in tip-top shape. From fixing things that go bump in the night to making sure our spaces look fabulous, you\'ll be a key player in our hospitality dream team.

Responsibilities

• You will be working onsite with external technicians, coordinating maintenance projects.
• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance in our many guest apartments in and around Leipzig.
• Setting up furniture, taking over minor maintenance and repair tasks.
• Processing and handling tickets in our ticketing system.
• Transparent and close cooperation with guests and an internal team of property managers.

You will add

• Basic know-how in fixing stuff (electrical, plumbing, HVAC – you name it!).
• Some hands-on maintenance experience is great, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are even better.
• Familiarity with working on a computer with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools and systems.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within Germany.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team, working closely with guests, contractors & colleagues.
• Valid “B” driver\'s license is required.
• Fluency in English or German.
• You are based in Leipzig or willing to relocate.
