The Role

This is a hands-on technical support role focused on providing field-based expertise across Southern Germany. Working closely with the Sales Engineers, you will act as the technical point of contact for clients, ensuring optimal product performance, solving challenges, and driving customer satisfaction.

You will be a key player in the success of customer partnerships, supporting product trials, analysing lab results, and giving critical feedback to product development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical service and product support to clients

  • Conduct routine customer visits to monitor performance and usage of metalworking fluids and related products

  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to identify new opportunities and support acquisition activities

  • Train customer teams in the correct handling and application of products

  • Lead and support technical initiatives, product launches, and field testing

  • Interpret lab results and deliver technical recommendations

  • Contribute feedback to R&D teams for product improvement and innovation

Who We’re Looking For
  • Background in chemistry, engineering, or industrial fluid management

  • Ideally 1–3 years of experience in the metalworking or industrial manufacturing sector

  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Independent worker with excellent communication and customer-facing skills

  • Willingness to travel regularly across the Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg region

  • Fluent in German and able to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)

  • Ideally based near Nürnberg, Würzburg, or Augsburg
