Qualifikationen

  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Flotten- oder Reisemanagement.
  • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung im Vertrieb.
  • Digitale Kompetenz, Erfahrung mit Tools wie Copilot oder ChatGPT von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

  • Leiten der Senior- und Sales-Manager im Team DACH.
  • Coachen des Teams und Fördern der Mitarbeiterentwicklung.
  • Durchführen von Zielvergaben und Feedbackgesprächen.
  • Implementieren der nationalen Vertriebsstrategie in der DACH-Region.
  • Unterstützen der Sales-Manager bei Angebots- und Vertragsverhandlungen.

What you can expect
  • You lead the Senior and Sales Managers Fleet DACH both disciplinary and professionally.
  • You coach the team, promote further development, and manage performance.
  • You conduct target‑setting, regular employee meetings, and feedback discussions.
  • You foster a performance‑oriented, trustworthy, and collaborative team culture.
  • You implement the national sales strategy within the DACH region.
  • You manage and execute national and regional sales and product campaigns.
  • You actively focus on core products such as fuel, e‑mobility, and fleet management systems.
  • You work closely with Customer Service, Partner Consulting, and Sales Management.
  • You actively support strategic partner and customer meetings in the region.
  • You support the Sales Managers in complex proposal, contract, and pricing negotiations.
  • You act as a secondary point of contact for selected strategic key accounts.
  • You contribute to annual reviews and major customer projects.
  • You are responsible for forecasts, pipeline management, and KPI reporting for the region.
  • You regularly monitor the market and competition and derive concrete measures.
  • You report regularly to the Fleet DACH Sales Management.
What makes you stand out
  • You have several years of experience in B2B field sales, ideally in fleet, mobility, or travel management.
  • You bring proven leadership experience in sales — direct or indirect.
  • You act highly results‑oriented, think strategically, and make clear decisions.
  • You have excellent German and good English skills.
  • You handle MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools confidently.
  • You have experience managing and leading remote teams working from home.
  • You are digitally savvy; experience with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is an advantage.
