Overview

Kaiser + Kraft, a strong brand of TAKKT Group, seeks motivated individuals to join their team in Europe as Teamlead Procurement Packaging (all genders) to shape the future of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to identify the best Total Cost of Ownership solutions
• Manage negotiation schedules and support the team in selected negotiations
• Develop and maintain a competitive supplier pool for packaging solutions in Europe
• Manage supplier relationships and agree on Service Level Agreements
• Support internal stakeholders during the onboarding of customized or new packaging products
• Develop and optimize processes, IT tools, and solutions in project procurement in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Lead projects aimed at improving procurement processes
• Monitor market trends and identify new sources of supply

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in multinational or European procurement
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills (managing a team of at least 5 procurement managers)
• Experience in project procurement
• Good understanding of technical and production processes
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the packaging industry
