A tech recruiting company in Berlin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, build diverse talent pipelines, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of recruiting experience, particularly in B2B or SaaS environments. Competitive salary and hybrid working options are offered.

As our Talent Acquisition Partner (with a focus on Commercial roles) in Berlin, you’ll play a central role in growing JOIN’s go-to-market and operations organisation. You’ll drive full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams, ensuring we hire exceptional talent that supports our ambitious growth goals. This is not just a sourcing role, it’s an opportunity to build partnerships with hiring managers, shape the candidate experience, and directly influence JOIN’s commercial success.
Your work will directly impact how JOIN attracts and hires top talent. Here’s what that looks like:
You’ll be part of JOIN’s People Team, collaborating daily with hiring managers across our Commercial Organisation.
You’ll also work closely with the Finance, People, Operations and Leadership teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience for every candidate and stakeholder.

3️⃣ Practical Assessment (~90 min) – Walk us through a case reflecting a typical hiring challenge at JOIN
4️⃣ Commercial Team Get to know (~60 min) – Meet the people you will be collaborating on a day-to-day basis. Get first hand information on our ways of work and ask all your questions to your main stakeholders.
