A leading micromobility operator seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner in Berlin to support staffing for Fleet Operations in the DACH region. You will partner with hiring managers to drive recruitment processes and ensure a great candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have several years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in both English and German. You'll join a dynamic team committed to building sustainable cities and making a positive impact.
As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for staffing our Fleet Operations department (warehouses) in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). In this role you will partner with the hiring managers, supporting them in their recruitments, advising them in all areas relating to talent acquisition and coaching them continuously on Voi's best practices.
In addition, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, and the wider People & Culture function, to develop and strengthen our talent acquisition practice across the organisation. This will include:
