What are we looking for?

We want to grow our Talent Acquisition team, and we can’t do it without you. This team is vital to the success of Avomind, supporting the core of our operations and shaping our future.

What will you be doing daily?
  1. Contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies, working closely with management to explore new candidate opportunities.
  2. Conduct direct outbound sourcing via channels like LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, Google X-Ray, etc.
  3. Screen candidates through calls to assess their fit for our roles.
  4. Manage interview logistics with candidates alongside Project and Client Managers.
  5. Advise managers on candidate landscape and trends to ensure seamless service for our clients.
  6. Take ownership of candidate experience to build your reputation through excellent service.
  7. Collaborate with our talented team, and be part of an exciting environment!

  • You have at least 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience within an agency or sales-oriented environment.
  • You are experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

  • You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
